2 lifts, 1 didn't work for all the time during my stay.

It was walkable to a nice mall but I thought it was near the cruise ship harbor. It was about 15 min by grab to the cruise ship

The modern design. Especially the TV: integrating YouTube, Chrom & other personalized connections with a touch of a button! Great idea! The room is tight, but the bed is very comfortable. Plus free breakfast: great choice!

I believe the lights overhead the sink is not LCD as I can feel the heat even with the AC on. I recommend the staff take a look at that

The staff was incredible! All staff was extremely helpful and though we arrived several hours prior to check in, they were able to get us in to our room within an hour of our arrival which we greatly appreciated after traveling 33 hours.

Very handy for people coming off cruise ship.

Modest eating places are across a busy multilane road.

The price and location. It was not too far from downtown or Sentosa. There were also 2 malls and a Hawkers within walking distance.

we were not in it a lot, but the room was small. It was listed as a 4 star hotel, but it was more like a 3 star. There was no real concierge, just the front desk personnel. The pool and gym were also small. We ended up paying 80 SGD total nearby gym.

Comfort of the room. Quiet and close to MRT. The pool was clean.

The breakfast was pretty bad. Had to wait for new food. The coffee was disgusting, like a cheap brand, and only coffee granules were served in a pot to look like filter coffee. The breakfast options are basic and fall short of what you expect from a 4-star hotel. The staff never smiled, and conversation was limited to the process. For a 4-star hotel, you would expect a little more warmth.

The second room allocated was a bit better

I did not like the first Deluxe room that was allocated to us. It did not have a window.

Location is great as it’s across street from the mall and walking distance to Universal Studios as well as train station. Friendly staff.

The room was too bright at night and a lot of street noise from cars.

Convenient, clean, spacious

Outstanding location and very spacious rooms. Very clean and good amenities. Breakfast could use more varieties. Customer service is excellent.

Room setup and spaces good for occupancy to cater the number of guests booked. We booked a family room for four people. The room was ideally good for the number booked for. Though space was limited, however the price paid for was justified.The hotel was also located ideally close to well known attraction places at Sentosa.

The mattress was set up high. Sitting at the edge of the bed, a person of normal height will find it difficulty to have his feet touching the floor. It may pose a safety hazard for a shorter person to get off the bed.

Refrigerator didn’t work, breakfast is horrible almost costing$15 per Person even though included in the price, we should have reserved just the room without including breakfast, 6xfeet for breakfast area ( combined with checking reception for big hotel with full of guests, they should be shamed for serving this crap as breakfast, we tasted it and left it alone like many other guests.

The location was perfect for our intentions. Very close to Sentosa island where you could visit the Aquarium and Universal Studios. There was a mall just walking distance from the hotel itself. The Vivocity mall has a lot of food options especially in the basement area where there is a food hall similar to that of a canteen. The prices down there are similar to hawker stalls outside but can get a bit crowded during peak hours.

The elevators were slow and too few. There was often a queue for them at certain times during our stay there. The rooms were really tiny and were not worth the pricing. The breakfast was terrible and I regret paying for it.

1. Food, not good & Not worth for the money charged. Room Cleanness (they hadn't given a clean room, Thursday cleaning also not done properly, just rearranging the bedspreads, Bunch of hair was there from day 1 to day 5 in bathroom, "may be previous / previous to previous women traveler left it there which was not cleared.... Non-friendly reception staffs.
